We understand that our customers are often excited about our new products and would like to be able to order them as soon as they are available. We are now pleased to be able to offer a pre-order facility so that you can place your order before the products are in stock and we will send them out once they are available. The date that we expect an item to be in stock will be shown on the product page, please be aware that this is an estimate and delays in production and delivery can occur.

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is an order for products that are not currently in stock, they are either brand new products or ones that have gone out of stock but more are on their way. Only certain out-of-stock products may be available for pre-order. If you place a pre-order:

• Your Credit or Debit Card will not be charged until will send the order.
• You can call or email us to cancel any time before we send the order.

Mixed Orders

A Mixed Order is one that contains products that are in stock and products that are pre-orders. We encourage you to separate your pre-order items into a different order as it will make things a lot simpler. If you place separate orders your card will not be charged for the pre-order items until they are sent and you will receive the in-stock items without a delay. For a mixed order our only option is to take the full amount when you place the order and as there is only a single postage charge, we will usually only ship the order once all goods are in stock. Please call us and we can advise you.

Payments

For mixed orders we will take payments in the usual way - so the full amount is taken when you place the order - and all our payment types are available.

For orders which contain only pre-order items we can take payment by card, gift certificate and cheque, unfortunately we cannot take paypal as there is no way to defer the payment. For card payments we will check your card details when you place your order but payment will not be taken until we are ready to send your order. Likewise for cheque payments we will not bank the cheque until the order is ready.
