Likes: Vintage shopping at car boots, going to music festivals and laughing with my little girl.
Dislikes: Karaoke, reality tv and doing the ironing.
Most disorganised moment:Having to cancel a holiday to Prague as my passport was out of date and I only realised the day before!

Name Jeremy Francis
Role: Customer Services
Likes: Visiting gardens and gardening. Walking and bird watching. Spending time with my wife Ann and 7-year old daughter Sarah. Following cricket and football from the comfort of my armchair.
Dislikes: Shopping, especially supermarkets. Pushy salespersons and cold calling.
Most disorganised moment: Realising that 5 minutes before I was due to leave for a job interview, I didn’t have the required paperwork and couldn’t find it, despite being told that I needed it 3 weeks before.

Name: Sally Jones
Role: Despatch Manager
Likes: Lazy sunshine holidays
Dislikes: Prawns
Most disorganised moment: Realising that my car tax had run out just before leaving for holiday, thinking that I would go to the Post Office on the way and renew it and then not being able to find my MOT certificate.

Name: Louise Morris (no relation to Rebecca!)
Role: Production Manager (a role affectionately known as Queen of Future)
Likes: Horses, skiing, travelling
Dislikes: Having my photo taken!
Most disorganised moment: Trying to find the correct airport car park in Manchester in the dark, with only 30 minutes left of check-in!

Name: Rebecca Morris
Role: Marketing Manager
Likes: Baking cakes and summer afternoons pottering around the garden with my children playing in the sun
Dislikes: Getting lost driving round the NEC in the dark
Most disorganised moment: Getting it into my head that it was an inset day and forgetting to take my children back to school after a half-term break (even though my calendar told me otherwise!)

Role: Operations Director
Likes: Computers, TV SciFi, flapjacks and visiting museums with the kids
Dislikes: A blue Renault Clio that goes 10 mph below the speed limit and always appears in front of us when we are late for school
Most disorganised moment: Taking the kids to school without their uniform one week before the actual dress down day

Name: Sarah Sadler
Role: The Big Cheese, Organised Mum’s creator and founder
Likes: Walking across the fields near our house with the kids and watching them play in the stream. Talking and laughing.
Dislikes: My children arguing and cleaning.
Most disorganised moment: Heavens, there’s so many. I think I’ll admit to losing really important documents and having to buy copies for lots and lots of money.

Name: Nicola Spicer (Nic)
Role: Customer Services
Likes: Pickled onion flavour Monster Munch, snow, helping my husband on our farm, reading, swimming and horse riding.
Dislikes: Cauliflower, watching cricket on TV, bad drivers and being tired.
Most disorganised moment: When we sent out our evening wedding invites, forgetting to include the date! Luckily everyone still made it.

Most disorganised moment: I have not got one (I’m perfect)

Name: Jess Williams
Role: Designer
Likes: Summer mornings, an hour with a good book or a new magazine, growing things in the garden and on my allotment, camping holidays, the sea, anything Apple
Dislikes: Clutter, Excel spreadsheets, my shoebox-sized home office
Most disorganised moment: Arriving in Tesco without my shopping list - I'm so used to planning what we're eating and what I need to buy that I was completely thrown! Last-minute scrambles for dinner money seem to happen too often as well, usually ending in a raid on my daughter's piggy bank.
