Environmental Improvements

We are keen to minimise the impact of our business on the environment – starting with our products. Keep your eye out for the green tick symbol throughout our website. They will show you which products have been produced under our new environmental standards.

Where viable, all the paper used in our products has come from well-managed forests and the ink used in the printing process is soy-based which is kinder to the environment and more biodegradable than standard petroleum-based inks.

We are also working hard to ensure that our new offices will be as eco-friendly as we are able to make them.

As with any business we generate waste, but we recycle as much of this as possible, including donating cardboard to other companies who might be able to use what we can’t. We’re even looking at investing in solar panels which could create enough energy to sell it to the national grid! Over the next three years, we have a plan in place to become carbon neutral.

We work with our printers to ensure our products are produced in the most environmentally efficient way possible.

Staff in all departments - from production to packing - are encouraged to ‘think green’ in all they do.
