Delivery and Postal Charges
UK Orders
Standard delivery within the UK is free for all orders over £7.00.
Standard shipping is by Royal Mail second class which takes approximately five to seven working days, including Saturdays.
Should you wish your order to be delivered quicker, please select ‘Express Delivery’ at checkout. We will send express orders via Royal Mail First Class which takes approximately one to two working days, including Saturday.
We have now brought in an option to use a courier service - Parcelforce. The advantages with this is that your order will be traceable at all times and will give you a definite date of receipt. This service costs £5.95 and we would recommend it, especially if your order is needed by a certain date. The service used is Parcelforce 48 which takes two working days delivering Monday to Friday. Orders received before 11AM on a week day will be sent out the same day. If you require a next day or Saturday delivery please give us a call - there will be an extra charge. If you choose Parcelforce your tracking number will be emailed to you. You can use www.parcelforce.com to trace your parcel at any time.
Please note that orders received before 12 noon on a work day will be processed the same day. We do not dispatch on Bank Holidays or weekends. Please allow extra time for dispatch during our busiest times – such as the start of the new season, September and Christmas.
To check the current status of your order, please use the My Account tab at the top of the screen (this will work only for customers who are registered members of the site).
If you didn't register to become a member of our site when you ordered and ten days has elapsed since the order was placed, please email us. Do ensure that you have included your order number which can be found on your order confirmation email.
Delivery Charges
Standard Delivery:
- Orders below £7 - £1.40
- Orders above £7 - FREE
Express Delivery
- Orders below £7 - £1.60
- Orders between £7 and £40 - £2.00
- Orders over £40 - FREE - please ensure that you select this option at checkout - it's not automatic.
Parcelforce Delivery
- Orders below £7 - Not available
- Orders between £7 and £50 - £5.95
- Orders over £ 50 - FREE - please select this option at checkout - it's not automatic.
Overseas Orders
If you are based in the Republic of Ireland you are now able to use this website where you can choose to pay for your order in Euro.
All overseas orders are sent via Royal Mail’s Airmail service. This service takes approximately five to seven working days from dispatch.
If you are outside the European Union, all orders will be sent with five itemised commercial invoices. This includes all relevant details for your own country’s Customs authorities. The customer is responsible for any additional fares or duties levied by Customs officials.

- Orders up to £50 - £3.00
- Orders above £50 - £5.00
Rest of the World (Airmail)
- Orders up to £50 - £6.00
- Orders above £50 - £10.00
Please note that we are unable to ship to certain countries at this time. If your country is not listed in the drop down menu during checkout, please email us to discuss your order.
Non Delivery after Dispatch
If your order is late or has failed to arrive ten days must elapse before a replacement can be sent. We will ask you to contact your local postal sorting office to check that the parcel is not being held by them for collection.
For non-UK orders, 28 days must elapse after the initial dispatch date to ensure that you do not receive two orders.
