We want you to have an "organised" Christmas - so please allow ample time for your gift orders to be delivered.
Please find below some dates and times, based on Royal Mail and Yodel's last posting dates, by which you will need to place your order to ensure delivery before Christmas.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is generally by Royal Mail 1st class for smaller items and Yodel 72 Hour service for larger orders. For peace of mind you might wish to upgrade to Express 24 Hour delivery.
For Royal Mail 1st class & Yodel Standard Delivery, please place all orders by 11am on Tuesday 20th December
Express Shipping
Express shipping is by Yodel 24 Hour tracked service and charges apply.
Please place all express delivery Christmas orders by 11am on Thursday 22nd December.
International Orders
International orders are sent by Royal Mail Air Mail service.
Place orders to Ireland and the rest of Western Europe by 11am on Monday 12th December.
Place orders to Eastern Europe and North America by 11am on Friday 9th December.
Place orders to the rest of the world by 11am on Monday 5th December.
For BFPO Addresses please refer to BFPO Latest Posting Dates for Christmas. Please allow us one working day to process your order. If you are close to the deadline please email customer services and we can ensure that the order meets the deadline.
